Dr Tom Jarvis completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) with honours at the University of New South Wales in 2004, alongside a Bachelor of Science (Medicine). He achieved his Fellowship from the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in Urology in 2013. He has over 25 years of medical training and experience in Sydney and NSW’s best hospitals and clinics. He worked with world leaders in BPH, voiding dysfunction, female urology, pelvic floor reconstruction, prosthetic urology, neuro-urology and oncological reconstruction. This global exposure ensures he brings innovative and advanced techniques to his practice in Sydney. He has travelled as far afield as India to seek out the best urological techniques.

Teaching and Supervision
Dr Jarvis is deeply committed to the education and development of future doctors and urologists. He serves as the training supervisor for accredited urology registrars at Prince of Wales Hospital, where he mentors and oversees surgical trainees for the Urological Society of Australia and New Zealand (USANZ) and the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS). In addition, he is a Conjoint Lecturer at the University of New South Wales and regularly teaches medical students, sharing his clinical expertise and passion for advancing urological care.

Passionate about clinical research, Dr Jarvis has published numerous articles in renowned international and local medical journals. His research focuses include testosterone therapy, benign prostatic hyperplasia, bladder outlet obstruction, and the management of urinary incontinence post-radical prostatectomy.
